Snoop Dogg To Appear On Johnny Cash Remix AlbumSnoop is covering “I Walk The Line” for Johnny Cash Remixed” coming out on October 14th. The album was approved by Johnny’s son John Carter Cash.
Snoop told Billboard magazine that “If you take your time to listen it, country music is very similar to rap. Johnny Cash is the one who stood out to me. I love his style, his sway, the songs he made.”
John Carter Cash said that his father would have loved the album because it is a mix of “tradition while creating groundbreaking new music.”
Amy Winehouse Warned About Further Lung Damage
Amy’s father is in the press again warning about the damage Amy is doing to her lungs. A few weeks ago, Amy’s father went public and said that his daughter is suffering early stage emphysema caused by smoking crack and cigarettes.
Amy’s father is telling people not to enable Amy’s habit by providing her with drugs or cigarettes as each time she lights up she is causing further damage and that in the end she will die a long suffering death from the disease.

New Applications For The iPhone & iPod Touch
Let me tell you how I have spent this past weekend…downloading different applications for my iPhone. Apple has introduced new applications that help organize your life, keep in contact with friends (via Myspace and Facebook), find restaurants, events, cheap gas, learn guitar chords, tuning your guitar, learn a new language and listen to internet radio.
Fans of Pandora, Virgin Radio (my personal favorite), Midomi and AOL radio can download this applications for free.
Most of the new applications do come at a cost, but there are plenty of applications that are free.
